Hello everyone I would like to make a contribution giving a complete save set of No Man's Sky, the trophies are simple and you can get them all in less than an hour. The dynamics of the trophies as they are all based on doing that activity a certain type of times so all the saves are exactly the same with the exception that they are one action away from getting the trophies, as the game is constantly updated and some worlds change so I can't give you an exact guide of what to do or where to go.
The started save I got from AraShot which I modified to get the trophies easily:
As I said before all the saves are the same so there will only be 3 saves and you must repeat the actions to get the milestones:
For the trophies :
Save 1
A Scanner Darkly & Foundation:
You must scan the fauna of one more planet and register them. In the process you will be given the units needed for the next milestone.
The Stars, Like Dust:
Open the galactic map and wrap one more time. if this does not work travel a total of 3 more times to the next milestone (the forums say 3 wraps but to get to the next milestone it is a total of 6 wraps, anyway you have more than enough resources to get it).
Babel-17 & Contact:
Talk to any alien and learn a word
Use of Weapons:
Destroy one more ship
Save 2
The Star Beast & The Space Merchants:
You must scan the fauna of one more planet and register them. In the process you will be given the units needed for the next milestone.
The Longest Voyage:
Open the galactic map and wrap one more time.
The Languages of Pao & Who Goes There?:
Talk to any alien and learn a Word
Pattern for Conquest:
Destroy one more ship
Stranger in a Strange Land:
Travel to a planet with extreme conditions and just wait, the time varies according to the milestone but with the equipment you have you can easily resist as long as you need.
Symphony For A Lost Traveler:
Just take a few steps and the trophy will pop up.

Galapagos & The Diamond Age:
You must scan the fauna of one more planet and register them. In the process you will be given the units needed for the next milestone.
A Space Odyssey:
Open the galactic map and wrap one more time.
Citizen of the Galaxy & What Mad Universe:

The Forever War:
Destroy one more ship

Travel to a planet with extreme conditions and just wait, the time varies according to the milestone but with the equipment you have you can easily resist as long as you need.
