V NotYourDopes Modloader Base (ASM)

Jakemods89 edited it first the base is made by NotYourDope.
I added the files necessary to do everything, i also edited the csa to have the following:

• Drawbackground_ (Edited for an image)
• DrawTitleMenus_ (Edited for an image)
• Text Below the loader

Awesome stuff mate, As NotYourDope said it's been highly requested for his loader source to have background/title image in it for people. I'm Glad someone has finally done it for everyone else.
