Special thanks to @Pj1980 for assisting me on how to unpack saves to PC to mod a while back.
I'm sharing these starter saves for both Kingmaker & WOTR on Unfair difficulties. These are ridiculously OP saves for anyone who wants to sit back and enjoy their playthrough on the hardest difficulty. Each game has two modded saves with both main characters named Kingmaker (Fighter Class)
Kingmaker:
Modded Starter Save V5:
- Beginning of the game
- Main character modded (Neutral Alignment)
- 600 in each ability stat (Except strength which is set to 100 due to encumbrance issue if it goes over 200)
- 6000 Constitution
- 100 in all skill stats (Will succeed in all skill checks during dialogue/conversations.
- 99999999 Gold
- 3600000 Experience (Exact amount of XP for max level and can select your own skills/classes)
- Can never be over-encumbered.
Modded Starter Squad V7:
- Oleg's Trading Post (First settlement you discover on the map)
- Main character modded (Neutral alignment)
- Over 15 modded companions/mercenaries (mix of Good, Evil, Chaotic, Alignments)
- 600 in ability stats for main, 500 for Modded Mercenaries, 400 for canon companions (Constitution 6000,5000.4000)
- 100 in all skill stats for all characters (Will succeed in all skill checks during dialogue/conversations.
- 3600000 Experience for all characters (Exact amount of XP for max level and can select their skills/classes)
- Strengh set to 100 for all characters to avoid encumbrance issue.
- 5000000 Gold
- Can never be over-encumbered.
- Can evade any enemy encounter traveling in world map.
Wrath of the Righteous:

- Main character modded (Neutral alignment)
- Over 15 modded companions/mercenaries (mix of Good, Evil, Chaotic, Alignments)
- 600 in ability stats for main, 500 for Modded Mercenaries, 400 for canon companions (Constitution 6000,5000.4000)
- 100 in all skill stats for all characters (Will succeed in all skill checks during dialogue/conversations)
- 3600000 Experience for all characters (Exact amount of XP for max level and can select their skills/classes)
- 5000000 Gold
- Can never be over-encumbered.
- Can evade any enemy encounter traveling in world map.
You can literally solo the game with just the one modded character saves (V5). Or Enjoy effortlessly destroying everything in your path as an army with the modded Squad saves (V7).
