For the dark zone trophy this is luck based. It may trigger on the first try, it may take 20 attempts. But it does work. This is also the earliest point in the game to unlock this trophy, you can use later saves with more floors unlocked by using the teleporter. The trophy will not unlock below floor 121. The dark zone mechanic is introduced at floor 121 - but does not count towards the trophy.
On my attempt, I managed to trigger a dark zone at floors 123 & 171.
For the monad door trophy - its possible I miscounted the number of doors remaining. The first door appears at floor 80, doors appear every 3-5 floors. You should meet the requirements by floor 131. The save file provided may have been miscounted, simply continue to climb Tartarus and enter the doors as they appear. Won't take long to unlock
