you must have a PS4 in order to do that

1. reassign the PS4 save and copy it to your PS5
2. start the PS5 version of Persona 5
3. then select import PS4 save (triangle)
4. once it has imported feel free to use continue/load based the save
5. complete the action(s) tied to it and the trophies will pop
