For auto pop
PS4 to
PS5: upload your save to Cloud Storage. Then, make sure both the
PS4 and
PS5 versions of the game are installed. Open the
PS5 version, and you will see the option to transfer your save in the menu.
I’ve created some save sets so you can also reach Platinum on
PS4
