Just re-do all the things.
For the 1-Star or First Patrol Car u need to start a new Career, also the first districs redo by 15min.
The rest is time saved for you.

the save doesn't work with the PS5 version, you have to replay everything

This one works! The OG save file posted above will caused save wizard to crash instead. So please use from DefReaper save instead.
