PS Plus Extra: Games With and Without Saves

So I guess this thread answers my question: The Plus Extra games at least make local saves. I've been out of the loop lately.

But I'm guessing the Plus Premium saves are all on the cloud? Would be odd to have local saves for streamed games.

I'm going to propose to Sony a fourth membership tier. In addition to their Plus Essential, Plus Extra and Plus Premium tiers, I will propose the Plus Nope tier. That's where the next time they ask me for extra money, my cranky self gives them less. Until they add PS5 USB save support, so I can ch... do legitimate things.

The only games on Premium that have exclusive cloud saves are streaming PS3 games. I'm not sure if you stream other games if they are cloud saves, but I'd assume so???

But aside from the PS3 games (which are stream only), the other Premium games (classics and remasters) are downloadable and have local saves.

August Extra tier will include Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2, along with Yakuza Like a Dragon as an essential game.

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life will be added to Extra tier later this year.

Per Playstation Blog.


Edit: Yakuza 3, 4 and 5 will be on Premium rather than Extra.
