PS3 jailbreak for getting trophy on downloaded save ?

Hi,

I downloaded and copied 100% completion of GTA IV on my Ultra Slim PS3 but it didnt work since the file was a "BLESxxx" file, so my questions is: does i need to jailbreak my ps3 to play and earn trophy out of save i copied on my USB ? If yes, then should i sell my Ultra Slim because apparantly its impossible to jailbreak this one.

you can also convert from BLUSxxxxx to BLESxxxxx (or vice versa) ... and you don't need a new ps3 I also have the ultra slim and it runs successfully HEN (is not a jailbreak in the sense ... but you can sync trophys without it to have to delete syscalls ect.)
