Question regarding "awaiting moderator approval"

Edit: Nvm, I deleted the post and tried again, seems to work now.

N00b here so not sure if this is the correct section for this.

Yesterday I tried to post a request in one of the sticky topics on the PS4 section but there is a text telling me my post is "awaiting moderator approval".
Is it because my account is too fresh or are all posts in those topics moderated?

For future reference, it is because of your account being fresh and it requiring I believe a certain amount of posts and hours registered before the site accepts any posts from new members without moderation.
