Questions about elden ring nightrein SAVE files

Hi Guys a question, when modifying a perk with my save editor there are 4 slots which one is a 'hidden slot' does this hidden slot works? I mean if i put a perk on it does it actually work in game? Because I know in the past it was working but i don't know if it is still the case? If anyone has some cool modded builds without too be too OP and playing with decent damage let me know we can share our builds etc.;

Afaik it depends on the perk ... Best way to check is that you choose a Rune and only edit the hidden slot perk with something like add poison and then check in-game if your weapon triggers the poison

4th slot does not work on PlayStation. That’s why Alfa removed it in the last update.
