No risk of ilegit time stamps if you follow the order, but you should def wait a few hours between each save.

I wanted to confirm if the Untouchable trophy automatically pops on the completion of the Normal playthrough from the first save. I'm not sure if its an translation thing because the trophy can only pop from Very Hard Difficulty, and Very Hard is unlocked by finishing Hard Difficulty.

Okay I am able to confirm that Untouchable did not unlock on completion of First Save's Normal Playthrough.
