For those who do not know how to use the profile in the resident, re-uploaded with the profile and save 8. Scroll down and there will be a save.
DO NOT OVERSAVE IT as you will get 16 game saves and will not get a rank.

Start the game first on a professional and go to the save location of the first and save to slot 8 (MANDATORY slot 8). Do not use my profile in it the prize has already been received. Use only your profile. And then just load again my save 8 on your console and replace which is already there and it will work.

Ok, Can confirm it works EU.

What i did..

Got a different save that has professional unlocked,
Started a new game on professional
got to first typewriter and saved 8 NEW saves in slots 1-8- so 8 new saves
I then copied the professional S+ save onto PS4 (which is slot 8), overwriting the one i just made (only copy slot 8, not game data etc, auto save etc)
then load RE4 on ps4 and you will see slot 8 says chapter 1, when you load its chapter 16.

What i did..

I think no , too many save has this problem and no one want to save it again and send it to here.

With the new files it works perfectly on PS5 only i did exactly what dfs2018 said, but instead with transfer data PS4 PS5

I then copied the professional S+ save of ZULU with Transfer data (SLOT 8 and System data),
then load RE4 on PS5 and you will see slot 8 says chapter 1, when you load its chapter 16 you do the jetski phase and you got the trophy"

and the handcanon is unlock for those who want to know

Yes. This is legit.

I did exactly the same as dfs2018 and LuffyNam845 and it worked on PS5.

it also unlocks the cat ears and the Mission Accomplished S+ trophy.

not working for me tried on ps4 its chapter 1 save dont know what i do wrong. the other save you share the investigator s hardcore s+ works fine thanks for that

With this save I was also able to unlock gun fanatic once I purchased the handcannon and then started a new game and bought the infinite rocket launcher from the merchant, so there's that too.
