Not my save - found on the 'net. Uploaded here because there didn't seem to be a copy already.

You can get all 3 55th birthday trophies with this save:
1] "Miracle Chef" - feed Jack some food -> trophy pop
2] "Best Birthday Ever" - complete 1 stage (any will do) with S rank -> trophy pop
3] "Don't Keep the Man Waiting" - in any stage, get a cumulative time bonus of 10 minutes and finish the stage (I used this guide: Don't Keep the Man Waiting achievement in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard )
