I don't know about the system data for saves 1-10, but the autosave files are there. I just used these saves to get "Heretic" trophy on one of the autosaves OP posted.
What I did was extract all files. Rename "Autosave 2" to CUSA18017 and zip it again. In save Wizard, I resigned the system data AND the auto save. Loaded it up and trophy popped just like described.

I hope this helps anyone whos having trouble getting it to work.

As for the saves, Thank you OP for sharing and putting everything together!! Appreciated!

Now all I need for platinum is "Bookworm. I tried re-regioning the EU saves, but can't be done.

these saves do not appear in the game. I was able to resign save 03, however, it does not show in load game. But it does show on the console. Yes, I used SW so don't tell me i didn't.
edit: i was able to use the save files by making new ones so that way the owner's saves could be copied onto mine, however, there are no autosave files. this is ridiculous.

Ok, for anyone having trouble with these saves, you need to create a System File Data on your own. You have to reach the first save point and create 10 saves. Then, resign any of the files (the ones in "Saves 1 to 10" correspond to manual saves and the autosave is the first and only auto save slot)
After resigning, replace your save files with any of these (the auto saves you need to do them one by one). I was able to use all the saves and obtain all the trophies this way. Also, I think save 4 or 5 I read a file and got the Bookworm trophy, which isn't listed anywhere.
