this save is not mine but i found some peaple having problem to reregion this save file
i have reregioned the save file to CUSA05716
this one is for Compulsive+No Stone Unturned+Avid Shopper
once you are in the open world just cut the rope that is to your left and then you will get Compulsive and No Stone Unturned
then head to the shop and buy the last item and Avid Shopper will pop
