Save is located at the beginning of the game right after the character dies to the tutorial boss.
With this modded starter save you can get all the campaign trophies without any problem.

thanks!! Top Shelf was the only trophy i needed for Plat and i was too lazy to go back and do it since there is no in-game tracker of the items you have already collected.
