Can I only edit saves listed on the save wizards supported games list? For example, can I resign and/or re-region a call of duty game even though its not “supported” on save wizard? If so, is there an additional step to do so or is it the same process as a “supported” game?

Any game that isn't supported can still be resigned but can not be re regioned or edited
