The PS5 trophy is related to the ps4 trophy of the game you have. It the same thing like FF7 Remake when going from ps4 to ps5. It replicate what you earn for the ps4 trophy and copy it to the ps5. If you earn any new trophy for the ps4 and transfer save to ps5, it will also pop for the ps5 when loading the transferred save. All cross gen game are like this.
I loaded up a platinum save and nothing pops unless I replicated the action needed for the trophy.
