99% Save for Completionist trophy and save for Deadly Obsession last boss fight.
Save 01 - Last Base camp before fight last boss in game.
Save 02 - Before Start Last Mission in Deadly
Load Save 03 and pick up the last relic and pop up Dr. Croft and Completionist trophy.

Owner of the save SandruBr (from next gen update)
before dowload saves heres the location for both trohpys dr croft and completionist:
One more trohpy : Underwater Archeologist (needs testing)
Load the backup save (press L2+R2 to make it appear) and once you dive down into the water, the Relic is slightly behind you, near one of the chests for the Sunken Treasure Challenge. If you need help it's at 0:16 of the below video. Once you download the save, get rid of the (2) so the save can be loaded.
**EDIT** Possible alternative: Apparently you can just Continue as opposed to loading the backup save, then open two chests in the lake area. So if the backup save doesn't work, try to Continue instead. Thanks to SirMicolash ngu for this tip.
Edit : if you cant still get, load save and go into left, there will be a chest into the water near to you, then open map and you will see a relic ,go into water still you gets that relic and trohpy will pop, if you have any trouble with it, pm me
