Save Slot 2. Between here and NGU I've seen 1&2 saves together, and 2&3 together. But never all 3.
Spyro 1, 100% Gnasty's loot didn't save, so you can get the trophy for 100% that area. Maybe unlocking that area, not sure though. The 2 trophies i know you can't get with this are 400 gems in Blowhard and 500 gems in Metalhead. You should be able to get just about everything else.
Spyro 2, 100% and all you have to do is run and collect the infernal flame for trophy. Can use this to get no damage boss run trophies, and don't touch the ground trophies with the flame equipped. Makes them a lot easier. Possibly don't get hit by the Ox gold trophy. And a bunch more.
Spyro 3, 78% but 123 eggs obtained. This is the only one of the 3 that you don't need 100%, just 100 eggs, out of the 145 of so. Every level done, that's unlocked. Some I don't think unlock until after you beat the game. The Moneybags gold trophy.
