It is a PS4 save, and no it isn't gone. I just clicked the link and redownloaded just fine myself. You probably just didn't thank the post so the link is shown.

When you do that, and you get the save ready to use, you will use the IN GAME menu to UPLOAD the save to the Square servers, then immediately REDOWNLOAD it in the same menu to autopop it on PS4. If and when you get a PS5, you'll DOWNLOAD from the IN GAME menu on the PS5 version.
