Since this game has been forsaken by the community, I decided to help a little bit.
Play the entire game at least one time till the first bad ending to get the proper trophies and then clean up with these saves.
You can pop a lot of trophies not mentioned with these trophies so be careful!
Ideally, do Save 1 trophies then do Save 2 trophies.
Big thanks to user Nishimiya from thetechgame for the only save with no dlc requirement in the whole wide world till today, since you'll have mine as well.
P.S: I edited and re-regioned Save 2 - Nishimiya for ease of access of the ending/100lvl trophies. I used a discord bot to convert the save. In case it does not work, you can use one to resign this save to your account or look up the EU original save and convert/resign yourself.

Buy last Weapon arts from Argo

Weapon Master
Get some kills with the Gatling gun

Bounty Hunter/Reaper/Seeker of Fortune
Complete last hunting/unique/treasure quest
Genocider location (Unique Enemy)​
Underground metal plant midpoint​

Talk to Kureha, Zeliska and Itsuki for their trophies
Kureha/Zeliska date choose 2nd option

Change anyone's clothes. Easiest is Zeliska in pve squadron

Best Friends Forever (Do this one before you do A True Hero)
Take Leafa to battle and get 1 exp for all char 4 level affinity

That's Kirito for You (Do this after Best Friends Forever)
Complete the green bubbles from Asuna, Leafa, Sinon, Lisbeth, Silica, and Yuuki in Kirito Mode

Save 2 - Nishimiya Edit
The Ultimate Warrior (please, have the trophy Weapon Master first for a little bit before killing anything with this save)
Get some kills with the pistols/blade

A True Hero (You can get a bad ending if you need one as well. Then, replace the save again so you don't have to start from a rewind or ng+)
Do the last mission, choose to save someone. 1st phase of the last boss, keep shooting his mouth when he charges a giant orb (or just keep shooting him in the mouth from the start) to trigger a new 2nd phase and reach the true ending
(If one of the chars die in a cutscene, reload the save and try again)

Elite Player
Level 100. Do 1 more coop mission lvl 95 shooting phase 2

Ranker/Top Dog
Talk to the Rank NPC in the Lobby

Collector
Respec or change data to buy all skills again
