Hi,
here is my first Save for House of Ashes.

It starts after the Second Curator Scene , all People are alive and it also should have 100% Collectibles at this moment.

I will Update this Thread with other Savegames asap when i got any big new Progress , its WIP.

Its possible thats the Save has German Audio and Text - you can change it on "Einstellungen"

UPDATE 1 : Savegame near End (Still all alive)
You can get "The Statement of Randolph Hodgson" by collecting the last piece on the Table.
and many other Trophies , cause its near the End of the Game and all are Still alive.
