(US) & (EU) The Evil Within 2 Modded Starter Save (PaPa Drops Mod)
The save starts off right at the beginning of Chapter 3 when you get to the safe house. I had to play until this point to get my equipment back and to be able to save at the safe house. This is where the game/action really starts anyways.
