This one is in case you missed any endgame trophy. Simply complete the QTE and go through the dialogue section for Brother's Reaper. After the final cutscene, 8 trophies related to data log collecting and keeping everyone alive will pop, including Data Collector, Call it Even, Khan's Revenge, Miraculous Maya and, of course, No Belter Left Behind.
