Equipment needs to be edited in Advanced mode with 010 Editor(or hex editor of choice)

Have every character equipped with Reinforced Vest(E803)and Reinforced Shoes(B004) and two random accessories. Accessories are 2 bytes (00 00) after shoes/boots, in-game and save it, then export save data, search for Reinforced Vest(E803)and Reinforced Shoes(B004) in the dat file in 010 editor, and change the values to the ones below.
