i think the CUSA were 00527 (US) and which ever they were for the EU region(either region is fine since the game can be re regioned in SW, but US is preferably). the set was also for the regular copies of the game. not the GOTY/Complete editions of the game as those had separate trophy sets/CUSA codes.
