Disclaimer: All the other multiplayer trophies might be able to be unlocked with this save, if that happens, you're welcome.

Uploading this save since I didn't find True Commitment & Shopaholic save on this site.

Extract the downloaded file, and resign the zipped up CUSA00107 file.

True Commitment:
Start a Rescue private match by yourself (I suggest the Monastery map, refer to 1 - Private Match.JPG for settings) and change match option to end after retrieving 1 medkit (refer to 2 - Round Setting.JPG for the settings).
Make sure you're on the Survivors faction!!!
Start match, pickup the medkit, deliver it, and the trophy should pop.

Shopaholic:
After you get to level 60, buy the Lara Croft skin at character selection.
