I made a quick save for Tomb Raider Remastered 1 - 3 where there only is one save for each of these two games each at the very beginning of the game modded to have 255 small and large medpacks (in Tomb Raider 2+3 also 255 Flares too)

Tested working by me, just need to resign them to your profile
