i've tried re-region it to EU and nothing worked, save normally continued from same place with no changes.

Yeah that's what Raging just said. SaveWizard doesn't convert the whole save when reregioning it just a portion of it. You will not be able to convert to EU with SaveWizard and have trophies pop.
But at least you will have the saves right? are they useless? can you post this?

you can re region the saves to EU, but they are useless because you are rewriting the SaveInventoryFile1 save in extended mode and not the SaveGameFile1 which you actually needMister Nostalgia
