Greetings Again PlayerSquared Community!

This is our second time using TrophyForHire for a temporary placement we needed him for. He continues to be reliable and helps out our client-base when we need him most.

For the second service, this is our overall review:

We hired him onboard our existing VR2 project for Alien Rogue Incursion, project contents being a quick single objective.

Reply Rate:
With our project manager keeping consistent contact with TFH on Discord, we can conclude that reply-rate and project accountability was great but could have used a slight improvement to make it deemed as excellent. TFH's pre-project reply-rate was almost instant, but as this project progressed we experienced slight amounts of delay with TFH's communication windows. He would later mention that he was working longer hours and that he apologized for the delays, which is a perfectly acceptable means of relaying that communication to our client and manager. It simply got to the point that the client themselves were reaching out for status updates; within the CM Speedrunners mission statement, we do our best to make sure that clients don't have to worry about status updates considering that all information is provided to them almost instantly when projects get started.

TFH also acknowledged the go-ahead for our project manager and patiently waited for the window when he would be approved to start on the project. We deem this level of cooperation in high regard.

Project Delivery:
The Project delivery with this particular project was swift. He once again covered and delivered results in the fastest window upon making it on our client's account. Overall, there was a 1-day delay period since when the project was deemed to be started, so TrophyForHire's delivery window was great.
