That's it for this game that was my final trophy. Got me my 63rd Platinum Trophy. Hope they have helped you out. There will probably be a couple of trophies you haven't got but you can do the misc. trophies off this final save and googling in. Wish someone put these on for me after to save me 120 hours. That's how long it took me in total...120 hours! Plus all the posts and videos etc. Anyway on to the next game going to have a blast on Hitman 3 in VR, choke some fuckers out hahahaha

You wouldn't happen to have one for the Ten Monoeyes in a Row would you? I seriously struggle to hit them. If I had a save file where I just needed to peg one more I could reload and try as many times as it took.

download my last save. and google which hospital contain the most. I was really worried about this trophy but its actually very easy and i did it first time. Find the hospital and put it on medium speed because you can only shoot them in medium. Pause the game with L3 don't change the speed. Now sell all the vending machines bench everything and millions of them will appear. Hover over one press L3 then X straight away and then L3 again to pause after its been shot. Then go to the next one and repeat. Honestly did it first time no messing about. I just wish i can remember which hospital for you. I've deleted the game now so cant have a look
