Sadly not, it looks like anything done with Chapter select or encounter select doesn't autopop.

My own Platinum save didn't unlock all the trophies either and I did the import multiple times

Yeah not sure why some trophies required me to re do them. But luckily all are easily obtainable via chapter select and encounter select. Except for the speed run and accuracy I used the other post in this forum saves to pop them.

Thank you for sharing.
I've never done re signing the save data before. What software do I need to do this? I found out, that Save Wizard offers this feature but I will never use this tool again an 60$ is a lot of money just for that...

Yes it’s an awesome application you can re sign any save from any game if you own the advance version of it you can even re region games. It’s worth it if you like to take short cuts lol
