no. i have a save with only the story finished on it. when i will have the time maybe i will finish the platinum for unravel 2 also (when i do, i will upload it on the site)

An platinum save doesn't always pop trophies or the platinum for some games it does instant some after some action and some never do with a save depends on game by game after looking at the trophy list of this game i don't think it would pop anything if it doesn't pop on launch
