[US] Resident Evil 7 Jacks 55th Birthday 4 out of 5 S Ranks

I'm trying to get the "Best Birthday Ever" trophy, but the only save I can find already has all 5 stages cleared at S Rank, so it won't pop the trophy. Does anyone have a save where 4 out of the 5 stages are at S rank, so the trophy will pop when you S Rank the 5th one...?

Trophy pops perfectly after getting S rank even when you have S ranks on all stages.

i have S rank on all of them and my trophy never popped up. is there a way to get it by not re doing it?
