Can you convert this save to EUR version CUSA17438 please?. I've tried hundreds of times and for some reason the visit all places with logs (Where are the logs?) trophy doesn't pop up, it's like it's keeping part of other old files. It stays at 91%. However, this save works on PS5 100%, autopop the first time.

I don’t know about the PS4. But for PS5 it unlock everything. As I have tested it on PS5. Platinum unlocked on both accounts I tested on.
If it doesn’t unlock all trophies first try on PS5. Try to follow the steps posted in first post. Good luck
Sorry I don’t know what the problem if the dlc on PS4 need to be done in order to get the 100% not sure. Again I don’t know what this save unlock on PS4 as I only shared it and tested for PS5 auto pop. As it worked 100%.
Thanks for your time. The problem is that this trophy is at 91% and it is not unlocked. That's why I ask for a save that has this trophy unlocked on PS4, within the game, press the down button for statistics and the trophies tab should show a green tick, only then can I unlock it. I have searched and read quite a bit and most people experience this.
I tried to re-regionalize with the USA to EU heading and it's even worse, lower percentage. It is frustrating because I have visited all the areas and the percentage does not rise. I have anniversary DLC too. I have tried without DLC and with DLC installed. All equal.
The PS5 autopop version works perfect, I had no problem.

The only thing I can maybe say, the trophy or game might be buggy or something is off regarding that trophy. Sorry not much of help here. But hopefully you resolve it soon and get your platinum. Good luck.
for the ps4 version just press d pad down several times. i don't really know if it will work on a original ps4 because i don't have them anymore. ps4 game on ps5 should work fine! still some trophies are glitched blehhhh
Keep reloading the PS4 save. If no trophy auto pop. Delete PS5 save and try again. At times they will pop. As I don’t know what to tell you. I got all my trophies auto pop no problem on PS5.
I honestly don’t know why this is happening. Unless they mess it up with patches. I don’t know. GOod luck
