[US] Subnautica Optimal Health save

Would someone have this specific save for Optimal Health trophy, for US version?

The save provided by 7h1nk unfortunately not works

But anyways I want to mention that 7h1nk made an incredible job with all the other saves (so if you are seeing this, thanks a lot).

Nervermind guys, I found the ion crystal (using 7h1nk`s save). Thanks again.

The steps I did: I swam to the platform above to take my air, I went down aiming in line with the platform. If you are in that same position you can go to your right side, where there will be a large square with green lights. Go there and turn right again and there will be the ion crystal (it will be facing a portal). Just pick it up and place it on the egg platform.
