Hello, good afternoon, I write my question here because I cannot find information online. I have my PlayStation user with currently 2063 platinums, but it catches my attention that my user level has remained fixed at 999. I have seen the world tops and they have a level above 2000 (apart from having triple the platinums of course) .

My question is, why doesn't my user level increase? Since I have approximately 1800 platinums I am level 999 and from there I don't go any further than I play and I continue getting trophies xd.

Is it because I use savewizard cheats? Does it have something to do with the PlayStation Stars that they added a long time ago and which I have never used in my life? Maybe because I have the profile private and it is not counted towards the level?

I have no idea about this topic, I'm throwing random questions in case it's one by chance xddd.

I'm sorry to write this question here, but I think it's the only place where you can solve it for me very safely.

999 is the max level. If you're looking at websites that have PSN leaderboards, they are using their own ranking. If you search for those top players names via the friend search on your PS4 or PS5, you'll see they are level 999.
