I've never looked into Scarlet Nexus' code. The save set I used back in 2022 worked just fine on the standard edition.
My Scarlet save is a platinum save. Could I upload it and you possible look at the code? Maybe the save could help others here as well. Its my own save. I played the game from a friends account digitally then bought the disc after the fact. My disc is the standard edition and his game was the Deluxe edition. My save will not load because it has dlc from the deluxe. I am trying to avoid buying the deluxe edition or replay it.

Trophies already obtained in the save will illegitimately pop on PS4 version the next time you get a trophy.

I will try to use the " true secret ending " maybe its this one, i let you know later
Saves Chapter 9 - Secret/True Ending 4 and Mother's Ring Subquest should auto-pop almost everything, plus Shinkuga's save for the normal difficulty playthrough related trophy (Mid-Tier God), since trophies on VE don't stack.
