Auto-pop for most trophies upon loading. Some others may require a single action to trigger. Check more detailed instructions here and here. You can do that via the PS Plus trial version, you don't need to buy the full game. Save transfer to PS5 available. Beware of ilegit time stamps on PS4! All credits for this save goes to guts, thanks a ton buddy

Note: although CUSA43002 is stated as Japanese region, this is also confirmed working for US digital and EU physical versions.
