Decrypt your save data (not system) with SW or a Discord Bot etc
Max EMBERS:
Using a Hex Editor of any kind, edit the 06/07/08 of the first line to FF FF FF
this will give you Max Embers

Max tears of blood (mid run money):
Start a run in the mode you want max blood wit the char you want then close the game
Decrypt the save
the offset is always 20340, edit the 0E/0F and the 00 of the offset below (20350) to FF FF FF
for max blood

Encrypt your save back after doing what you need, put it in the ps4 and play
