What are the PS5 games that can run modded save files as of now?

I don't have an exact list, but I do know a couple ps5 games that work with modded ps4 saves. Those include bloodborne, GTAV, Persona 5 Royal, most Far Cry games, and Ghost of Tsushima. Those are what I know of, but there could be more.
