What would you guys do? I would buy my mom a house for 30k, Buy her a brand new car for 40k, Donate some money to cancer ST.JUDE and also to the Handycaps. I would donate some ps4's and XBOX ONE's to Handycap people or people that can't afford it.
I would go travelling for a year, and invest the rest in property, probably pay off my own mortgage and then buy a few places in other countries so me, my friends and family could holiday whenever we want for just the cost of flights. When nobody is using the properties, I would rent them out to gain income, and use the profits to do charity work of some kind.

Pay off any bills I have, get a bigger house, buy a few nice cars and then put the rest in the stock market with a knowledgeable broker.
