For me I would have to say super mario bros, only because of the nostalgia I have with it. I haven't done a rerun because I lost my old ds and dont plan on buying a new one. For PS4 I would have to say GTA had a choke hold on me for a minute, especially since at the time I had to sneak to play the game since I wasnt of age yet.

Easily Mirror's Edge, speedran it on Xbox 360 when it came out and still pick it up once in a while (albeit on PC as the frame rate is night and day between the versions), it's short but the perfect length to complete in one sitting.
Sadly they don't make games like that anymore.
