I reloaded the autosave and made a manual save then tried it again 100% works.

I saved it right outside the armorer. Challenge him win with my beast of a northern deck.

You'll win the Wyvern Card.

And then the trophy will pop.

Same for me. Tried it with cusa05573 and advanced mode - it never "overwrites" the file even shows like done.
anybody out there with a cusa05573 file?

Will this work on PS5? I have the PS5 version installed on my console so if I put the PS4 save the same console, will the PS5 version be able to access it or do I need to install the PS4 version?

Worked on PS5! Had to download the PS4 version, link to GOG account, load the save and then save it as a manual save with the cloud icon next to it. Loaded up the PS5 version, loaded the cloud save and won the game of gwent. Thanks!

Yes, it's possible to re-region it via Save Wizard’s Advanced Mode.
