Hi, this trophy was missing for EU region and xTheSolutionNOT helped to re-region it from US file.

For me, I just loaded the last save and after 1 or 2 helmets the trophy popped. Make sure delete everything before.

sure, but since the save games for Wolfenstein are a bit messed up, I'll quote myself what I wrote to anyone who want's me to re-region Wolfenstein saves:

I was asked multiple times about this save. the problem is, that the save contains multiple files, if you look into it you will see many files. and in order to get a working re-regioned save I would need a save from your region with the same files.

I'm sure that probably not all files need to be re-regioned, but idk what files I don't need to re-region. if you send me a save from your region with as many files as possible I could try it. but no promises that it will work. if you wanna send me a save from your region, make sure that you made a save in each save slot once.
