Decided to do this myself after close to 6 hours of screwing around with the save-sets on here and seeing how it was super buggy for a bunch of users.

Instructions
Resign every file in the folder to be safe using Save Wizard.
Load "The Reunion" Save from 5:47:13pm.
Swim across the gap, then go upstairs. Go left and throwing axe the commander. Crouch over to him and pickup your axe then backtrack and look down the stairs. After a few seconds, a solider in white will walk over. Quickly throwing axe him before he sees you, then look to the back right corner of the lower deck from where you killed the soldier in white and throw your axe at the soldier in green and the trophy should pop.
