Hello, do you know guys if the saves you uploaded for the Yakuza Kiwami 2 achievements work for PC?
Because I download the file but the savefiles are in a different format than mine
sorry for the question, thnks for the work man

for those of you still looking for life skill trophy (i was ) , i used the savefile in this video , the first few saves have skills maxed out but the final one labled chap 1 is unallocated so u can use it to unlock life skill trophy and even individual skill trophies . There is also a start majima saga in this save you can get it done in an hour skipping cutscenes

I found a workaround that actually works and you don’t need a PS4.

Here’s what I did:
  1. Make a fresh working save in your game (just start a new one or use any save that loads fine).
  2. Open Advanced Mode in SW on both: the broken save and the working save.
  3. Copy all the raw data from the broken save in advanced mode of savewizard
  4. Paste it over the working save.
  5. Apply and it should be working.

That’s it. The game reads it fine now. The saves are fine but the header is not up to date.
Thanks k0ste for being the catalyst of my discovery by providing your solution. This should in theory work with other games that have the same issue.

For those who tried this, how does the 100% trophy work? Is it at 100% and you do anything and it pops or it’s at 99.7 or something and you do the last task to unlock? I remember in previous yakuza 0 and KIWAMI, you had to beat Amon to get the all substories trophy.

If you download the RAR and extract it, you'll find folders with the various saves inside, and instructions for each save in TXT format. That's common practice for save sets. I took a look for you and found these instructions for the completion trophy: "Talk to the vendor and eat "vegetable champon" for "All Done" trophy"

That sounds significantly easier than beating Amon. And is also the sign of a great save set. Ripherup was planning ahead and saved something simple to be the last task, rather than Amon, a challenging minigame, etc.

Thank you! I’ve never used save sets so that makes a lot of sense. I appreciate you taking the time and looking into it. Wasn’t planning to play the game soon but now I know how save sets work, I’ll just bookmark until I’m ready to play and then ask questions if I have any! Thank you again!
