This save set will get you Legends of the Nightlife & Be True to Yourself which should be the final two trophies for the hostess mini-game (if you've already gotten An Eye for Talent which there's a save of on here already). This save does not include A New Champion is Born! but that's pretty easy to get and will help prep you for the Grand Prix.
Legends of the Nightlife (Save 1)- Talk to Youda and start The Grand Prix. All girls are max level but you'll still need to play smart. Plenty of good guides online but make sure to give your hostesses presents when you can. You want them in good shape for the oil baron which can be a make or break if you're neck and neck at the end.
Be True to Yourself(Save 3)- Just talk to the hostess in the red dress (she will have a red glass over her head if you step away) and go on a date with her. Pretty sure you can pick whatever choices you want but you can look up the "perfect" answers if you want to boost her exp.
